Danilo Restuccia serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Insud Pharma since January 2015, overseeing legal matters in the APAC, CIS, Central Europe, and Brazil regions, with a focus on contract negotiations for pharmaceutical product commercialization and development. Prior experiences include serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Almus S.r.l. and Head of Legal at HRD Training Group, where responsibilities included corporate and commercial contracts and legal assistance for franchising and joint ventures. Danilo held positions as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Studio Legale Portinaro and Associate Lawyer at Hogan Lovells and La Scala e Associati, engaging in bankruptcy law, M&A, corporate law, and commercial contracts. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in National and International Tax Planning from Ernst & Young Business School and a Law degree from Università di Pisa, complemented by negotiation skills training from Scotwork.
