Erin Hull is an experienced educational professional with a focus on educational technology and customer success in the K12 sector. Presently, Erin serves as the Manager of the Priority Services K12 Customer Success Management Team at Instructure, following a progression through roles including Strategic Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager for K12. Prior experience includes working as an Educational Technology Specialist at Duke University Talent Identification Program, where Erin provided consultations on instructional design and facilitated digital webinars. Erin's background also encompasses roles as an Innovation Learning Specialist at Chatham County Schools, where coaching on digital tools and leading professional development was paramount, as well as teaching positions in social studies at North Carolina Virtual Public School and Franklin County Schools. Erin holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Western Carolina University.
