Kara Sanchez is an experienced healthcare and education professional with a strong background in counseling and health coaching. Currently serving as an Exposure Coach at InStride Health since February 2023, Kara utilizes motivational interviewing and empathy to empower clients in achieving health goals. Previously, as a Health Coach at Noom Inc. from November 2020 to October 2022, Kara built rapport with clients, facilitated positive change, and collaborated with clinical specialists for triage care. With prior roles as a School Counselor and Intervention Specialist at Columbus City Schools from 2005 to 2018, Kara supported student success by addressing non-academic barriers and promoting college and career readiness. Kara holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s degree in Intervention Specialist from Kent State University.
