Michał Hyczkiewicz has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and esports. Michał is currently working as a Community Specialist at inStreamly since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Junior Community Specialist at the same company from May 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining inStreamly, Michał worked at devils.one as a Social Media Specialist from January 2021 to February 2023. Michał also worked at H34T Esports as a Social Media Specialist from June 2020 to November 2020.

Prior to their roles in esports, Michał gained experience in marketing at PVP as a Marketing Specialist from November 2019 to June 2020. Michał also worked at Action S.A. as a Marketing Coordinator - Esport & Gaming from June 2019 to November 2019, and as a Social Media Manager from March 2019 to June 2019.
