Paul Papworth is an experienced sales and field management professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as National Sales Manager at Instore since January 2020 and as National Field Manager at Service Innovation Group UK since November 2016, Paul has demonstrated strong capabilities in managing teams and driving performance. Previous positions include Field Manager at Service Innovation Group, Area Sampling Manager at Cosine, and National Field Manager at Service Innovation Group. Additionally, Paul has a history of developing training programs and recruitment strategies as Training, Recruitment and Support Manager at Headcount Worldwide Field Marketing Ltd. Paul’s earlier experience includes managing transport projects for the Energy Saving Trust and leading teams at Royal Mail. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts from the University of Hertfordshire.
