Jessica Cruz has extensive experience in customer service and project coordination, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Instone since December 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Project Coordinator at Horizon Solutions from October 2016 to March 2020. Additionally, Jessica spent over thirteen years as a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum Lighting, Inc. from May 2003 to May 2016. Jessica is an alumnus of Bristol Community College.
