Victória Carmen is a dedicated and multifaceted professional with diverse experience in technology, finance, and social impact. Currently enrolled in a full scholarship back-end Python bootcamp with WoMakersCode, Victória is acquiring skills in algorithms, data structures, and API development. In addition to this, Victória serves as an intern in treasury at Santander Brasil, focusing on derivatives and foreign exchange operations. Engagement in leadership roles is evident through participation in initiatives such as Global Shapers Community, Mapa Educação, and Instituto Four. With a strong foundation in project monitoring and evaluation from a recent internship at IDIS, Victória also has experience in youth leadership and community outreach through AIESEC and Ensina Brasil. Academic pursuits include a degree in Public Administration from FGV EAESP, complemented by previous educational experiences at Colegio e Curso Ponto de Ensino and Escola Municipal República do Peru.
