Jana Andrea Carvajal Tascon is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and advisory roles. Since July 2019, Jana has served as the professional de bienestar y capacitacion at the Secretaria Distrital de la Mujer. Concurrently, Jana has been an asesor at the Instituto Geografico Agustin Codazzi since April 2013 and holds a professional position at Fonade since March 2012. Prior experience includes serving as an asesor at the Secretaria Distrital de Ambiente de Bogotá from April 2008 to January 2011. Jana holds a specialization in human resource management from Universidad de América, completed in 2008, and a degree from Universidad Santo Tomás obtained in 2000.
