Arturo Robles-Rovalo is a Commissioner at Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Deputy Director-General for Prospective at the Research and Studies Center – Prospective Division in the same company. They also worked as a Senior Consultant at Détente Group, LLC, specializing in Telecommunications, Media & ICT Policy and Regulation Advisory. With a strong academic background in Telecommunications, including a Doctorado Conjunto en Telecomunicación from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Arturo has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry both in Mexico and internationally.
