Manuel Neves is a scientific researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações since June 2017, with a diverse background in advanced research as a PhD student at NICT and TurinTech AI, as well as a research role at Huawei Paris Research Center. During a brief volunteer position at Roboplan in 2017, Manuel contributed to the development of a computer application for an ABB industrial robot, utilizing tools such as C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio. Academic credentials include an Integrated Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, completed in 2020.
