José Andrés López de Fez serves as the Senior Director of Industrial Transformation, Supply Chain & Quality at General Dynamics European Land Systems - Santa Bárbara Sistemas S.A., overseeing the digital and industrial transformation aligned with Industry 4.0. With extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, José has previously held roles including Director of Operations & Supply Chain and Factory Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial production backlogs, workforce oversight, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, José teaches at the Escuela de Negocios de la Cámara de Comercio de Sevilla, contributes as Vice President of the Committee on Industries and Services for Defense at the Asociación Española para la Calidad, and participates as a vocal member of the Technical Committee on Digital Society at the Instituto de la Ingeniería de España. Educational qualifications include an Executive Management degree from IE Business School and various master's degrees in business and digital transformation.
