Emma-Jane Guy is an experienced professional in the engineering and built environment sectors, currently serving as a MDM at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers since April 2016. In this role, Emma-Jane provides support for mentors and develops engineers at various career stages, focusing on professional registration with the Engineering Council. Prior to this, Emma-Jane held multiple roles at RICS from February 2012 to April 2016, including National Account Manager, where engagement with major employers and emphasis on diversity, standards, and ethics were key responsibilities. Emma-Jane also worked as a Project Manager at Envirolink and as a Technical Account Manager at AEA Accentus early in their career. Educationally, Emma-Jane holds an MSc in Sustainable Development, Energy & Management, as well as a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Salford.
