Carla Shapland is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in risk management and operational roles. Currently serving as Risk Manager and previously as Risk Executive at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers since February 2020, Carla has built a strong foundation in risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Appeals Coordinator at Health Management Ltd from June 2008 to December 2019 and Operations and Communications Supervisor at Atos Origin from September 2003 to March 2008. Carla holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from London Metropolitan University and has completed 9 GCSEs at Bishop Stopfords.
