Ann Baylis is a Communications Executive and PR Lead at the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) since May 2023. Previously, Ann served as Editor and Content Executive at the British Horse Society from November 2015 to May 2023, managing a quarterly membership publication for over 118,000 members. Prior experience includes a role as a Period Interpreter at The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, where Ann engaged visitors through historical storytelling, and volunteering with the National Trust post-maternity break, focusing on conservation and visitor engagement data. Early career experience includes working as a Tourism Liaison Executive for South Warwickshire Tourism Limited, promoting regional tourism strategies. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History from Newcastle University and has completed A levels at Alcester Grammar School.
