Janelle Borham is a distinguished patent attorney with extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, currently serving as a Partner at James & Wells IP since January 2024 and as Immediate Past President of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA) since April 2023. Previously, Janelle held the position of Principal Patent Attorney at Griffith Hack from December 1998 to July 2023, specializing in providing patent-related advice and services in chemical and related technologies.
