James Lloyd is an accomplished academic and educator with extensive experience in Classics and Ancient History. Currently serving as a Marie Skłodowska Curie Fellow at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, James previously held roles as an Ancient Greek Language Tutor at City Lit and a Learning Designer for various freelance clients, including Aula. Additional positions include Gallery Assistant at The Ure Museum of Greek Archaeology, Associate Lecturer at the University of Reading, and Classicist in Residence at Wimbledon High School GDST. Notably, James contributed as a Video Editor and Social Media Assistant at Ancient History Encyclopedia. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Reading and an M.A. in Classics and Ancient History from the University of Exeter.
