Elisabeth Holen is a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Marine Research (IMR) in Norway since January 2018 and has been a researcher at NIFES since October 2002. Previously, Elisabeth held a postdoctoral position at Broegelmann Laboratory from 2000 to 2002, focusing on dietary nucleotides and human immunity. Prior to that, experience includes working in the Allergy group at Helse Bergen from 1997 to 2000, concentrating on immunology related to allergies, and a tenure at UNIFOB from 1995 to 1996. Elisabeth's early research contributions include a role as a dr. scient (PhD) student in the Allergy group at Helse Bergen from 1991 to 1994. Educational credentials include studies at U.
