Sulaiman Olanrewaju Adebayo, PhD, Fnpa, Fimc, CMC, Ficp, is a distinguished academic and professional, currently serving as the General of District 9125 Rotary Club and holding multiple positions at Ekiti State University, including Member of the Academic Board, Director of the Institute of Peace, Security, and Corporate Governance, and Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology. With a strong background in psychology, Adebayo has contributed significantly to academia and research, also serving as Editor in Chief for the Nigerian Journal of Social Psychology and as a Fellow at various esteemed institutions such as the Institute of Management Consultants and the Nigerian Psychological Association. Adebayo's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and PhD in Psychology from the University of Lagos and the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, complemented by years of leadership in both academic and consultative roles.
