Suat Lay Soh has over two decades of experience in the accountancy field, with a significant tenure at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since September 2010, where roles have included Divisional Director of Membership and Stakeholders Engagement, Divisional Director of Member Experience & Communication, and Director of Professional Development & Qualifications. In these positions, Suat has led efforts to develop innovative reskilling and upskilling programs tailored for accountancy and business professionals, ensuring offerings remain relevant in a dynamic learning environment. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2010. Suat holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earned between 1997 and 2000.
