Ellen Wong has over two decades of experience in governance, member services, and data protection, currently serving as the Head of Governance and Member Services at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since September 2010. In this role, Ellen Wong oversees governance and membership policies while managing admissions, renewals, and compliance. Previous positions at ISCA include Head of the Executive Office & Policy and Deputy Director of the Member Services Centre, where strategic policy formulation and member engagement were key focuses. Ellen Wong began their career as an Audit Manager at PwC after earning a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2002.
