Christopher Mills is an experienced professional in the charitable sector, currently serving as a Research Associate at the Institute For Voluntary Action Research since December 2011, where the focus is on advising grant-making charitable trusts and foundations. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Philanthropy at The Charity Service, where strategic direction was provided for major donors, and Co-Founder and Development Manager at Poole Communities Trust, addressing local community challenges. Christopher has also held significant positions at The Racing Foundation, Racing Welfare, and BirdLife International, contributing to strategy and finance in various capacities.
