Nooralli Jaffer is the Chairman of Institute for Rural Education And Development, where since 2010, the organization has built ECD centres in Northern Pakistan and Uganda. Nooralli is also a founding partner and Dentist at TREC Dental Partnership, operating 13 dental clinics in the Calgary area. Additionally, Nooralli is the owner of Ranchlands Dental Clinic and holds degrees in Dentistry from University of London and a Fellowship in General Dentistry from Academy of General Dentistry.
