Noam Ran currently serves as an Urban Planner at D.M.R since October 2023 and holds dual roles at INSS Israel as a Research Assistant & Media Manager and Director of Publications since January 2017. Previous experience includes positions as an Affiliate Project Manager at Fiverr from May 2017 to June 2018, and Affiliate Manager for Plus500Ā® Official Page between May 2015 and April 2016. Noam also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem from September 2013 to September 2014, as well as an Assistant to the Editor in Chief at Maariv from November 2010 to October 2011, and served as an Intelligence Researcher (Sergeant) at the Israeli Defense Intelligence (IDI) from November 2007 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Tel Aviv University, a Masterā€™s Degree in International Relations with a focus on Negotiation and Decision-Making from the University of Haifa, and a Bachelorā€™s Degree in International Relations and Affairs and Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where honors were awarded.
