Ilan Steiner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at INSS Israel since January 2022, Ilan previously co-founded and held the role of COO at Simetria from November 2020 to November 2021. While at the Bank of Israel from 2014 to 2019, Ilan was recognized as Currency Manager of the Year by Central Banking for significant contributions to currency innovation and reforms. Ilan also served as Deputy Director General at the Israel Competition Authority from 2007 to 2013, where strategic budgeting and international cooperation were key achievements. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Haifa and participation in the Wexner Senior Leaders Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
