Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Just In Time, Organizing Director for the Louisiana Democratic Party, Workforce Development Specialist at LHRDI, Content Team Lead at IDEA Public Schools, K-12 Mentor Teacher at Tangipahoa Parish School System, and Academic Probation Coordinator at Thrive Academy. Marshall holds an Executive Master's of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern University and A&M College.
