Gailya Silhan is a seasoned REALTOR® at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate since November 2020 and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing since July 2018. With a rich background in real estate that includes a role as an Associate at Allie Beth Allman & Associates from November 2015 to July 2019, Gailya is dedicated to assisting clients in buying, selling, or investing in properties. Prior experience includes management positions at CBS Radio, where responsibilities included training sales staff and expanding affiliate networks, along with mentoring aspiring marketing professionals at SMU Cox School of Business. Gailya holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Human Biology from Glendale Community College obtained between 1993 and 1996.
