Jack Wolfgang is an experienced Senior Application Developer at the Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR) since August 2015, specializing in the development and debugging of web applications using C#, Transact-SQL, JavaScript, and TypeScript, alongside database design for efficient data management.
