Paolo Napolitano, Ph.D, currently serves as Associate Director and Senior Associate for the MENA region at Dragonfly since August 2021 and as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Human Rights and Business since March 2022. Previous positions include Network Member - International Consultant at Scio Network GbR, and Political and Security Analyst for the Middle East and North Africa at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe from August 2014 to October 2020. Paolo has also held advisory roles with NATO, including Senior Staff Advisor during a mission in Iraq and Strategic Research Specialist at SHAPE. Further academic credits include a Schuman Fellowship with the European Parliament, Research Analyst positions at the Italian Army Center for Strategic Studies and IAI, along with extensive education in International Relations, culminating in a Ph.D from the Università degli Studi di Torino.
