Petter Ruud has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Petter currently holds the position of Head of Architecture and Delivery at the Institute for Energy Technology since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Virksomhetsarkitekt at the same institute from February 2020 to May 2022.
Before joining the Institute for Energy Technology, Petter served as the IT-sjef at Blå Kors Norge from February 2018 to January 2020. Petter also worked at Astrup Fearnley AS as a Project, Security, and Quality Manager from September 2007 to January 2018.
During their career, Petter Ruud has also held positions such as Chief Consultant at Proact IT Norge AS from September 2006 to September 2007, Senior IT Consultant at Elkem ASA from September 2001 to August 2006, IT Consultant at Unitor ASA from December 1996 to September 2001, and IS Responsible at Scan-Fact AS from October 1993 to December 1996.
Petter Ruud completed their education in a chronological order as follows:
From 1979 to 1982, they attended Lørenskog videregående skole, where they obtained an Artium degree with a focus on science and math.
Between 1984 and 1989, Petter attended the University of Oslo (UiO) and obtained a Bachelor's degree, known as Cand. Mag, in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.
Lastly, from 2010 to 2014, Petter Ruud pursued a Master's degree in Executive Master of Management at BI Norwegian Business School.
