Beatrice Rosolin currently serves as a Research Officer at the Institute for Employment Studies since September 2022, following experience as a Research Intern. Prior to this role, Beatrice worked as a Student Consultant at the University of Sussex, where valuable insights were gained by analyzing the effects of remote working on employee wellbeing and productivity.
