Ryan Dunn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan is currently the Senior Director & Co-Chair CHRO & Chief Talent Officer Forums at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), where they focus on identifying and advancing people practices that drive high-performance organizations. Prior to this, Ryan worked at the University of Phoenix as a Faculty member and later as the VP, Dean of Strategic Partnerships & Specialized Programs, where they led a team focused on aligning the university's resources with client's talent strategies. Ryan also held various roles at the University of Phoenix, including Corporate Relations & Admissions Manager and Admissions Advisor. In addition, they were the Vice President, Head of Partnerships for Enterprise Solutions at Study.com, and the Executive Director, National Workforce Solutions at Apollo Education Group. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Mortgage Broker at First Twin Cities and in Promotions at St. Paul Saints.
Ryan Dunn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Ryan then pursued an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006. In 2008, they received a Certificate of Completion from the Center for Human Resources & Labor Studies.
