Janet Yoon is an experienced administrative professional in the art sector, currently serving as Administrative Officer at the Institute for Advanced Study since July 2023. Prior to this role, Janet held various positions at The Museum of Modern Art, including Manager of the Department of Painting and Sculpture and Administrative Assistant. Additional experience includes a Coordinator for Acquisitions at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and multiple roles at Artsy, including Senior Manager of Institutional Relations. Janet's early career featured internships at The Menil Collection, The Museum of Modern Art, and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Janet holds a Master’s degree in Art History from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s degree in History of Art and French from Haverford College.
