Christy Clement's work experience includes a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Christy is the Co-Founder of Institute Agility since May 2020, where they help organizations transform their work processes and reach their business goals. Additionally, they are the Founder of Vashon Island Coffee Dust since April 2021, and the Co-Founder of divUrsity since March 2021.

Prior to their current positions, Christy was the Co-founder of Velocity Made Good from May 2018 to December 2022. In this role, they assisted organizations in improving their operations through the implementation of automation, lean and Agile methodologies.

Christy also has experience as an SAFe Agile Coach and Trainer at Accenture | SolutionsIQ from November 2015 to January 2019. Before that, they worked as an Agile Coach and Trainer at Davisbase Consulting Services from September 2010 to November 2015. Christy served as an Infrastructure Team ScrumMaster at Speakeasy from September 2008 to April 2009 and held the role of a Project Manager -> ScrumMaster at Seven Simple Machines from July 2007 to September 2008.

Earlier in their career, Christy worked as a Project Manager - ERP Conversion at Thilmany, LLC from August 2005 to April 2007. Christy also gained experience at General Electric Lighting, where they served as a Six Sigma Blackbelt from February 2003 to September 2004, a Design Engineer from January 2002 to February 2003, and a Process Engineer from July 1999 to January 2002.

Christy Clement graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Christy then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, completing it in 2004. Prior to their college education, Christy attended Lyme-Old Lyme High School. In terms of certifications, they became a Certified DISC Coach through the Institute Successâ„¢ in February 2019. In July 2015, they obtained the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, in October 2010, Christy became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
