Juliette Trey serves as the Directrice adjointe du département des études et de la recherche at the Institut national d'histoire de l'art since January 2019, and as an Enseignante d'histoire générale de l'art (XVIIIe siècle) at Ecole du Louvre since November 2022. Previously, Juliette Trey held significant roles at the Musée du Louvre from October 2013 to December 2018, including Adjointe au directeur du département des Arts graphiques and Conservatrice du patrimoine, focusing on French drawings from the 17th and 18th centuries. Prior to that, Juliette Trey worked as Conservatrice du patrimoine at Château de Versailles from July 2007 to October 2013, specializing in 18th-century paintings and pastels. Juliette Trey's experience also includes curatorial internships at The Frick Collection and Musée du Château de Compiègne. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme de conservateur du patrimoine from l'Institut national du patrimoine and advanced degrees in Art History and Cultural Heritage Management from Université Paris-Sorbonne and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, among others.
