Jean Feunteun is a highly experienced Senior Research Scientist and Deputy Director for Research at Gustave Roussy, a position held since September 1984. Additionally, Jean served as Directeur de Recherche at CNRS and was a Professor Emeritus at Université Paris-Saclay from September 1998 to January 2022. During a brief tenure in 2007, Jean worked as a Visiting Professor at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Prior experience includes a research role at CNRS from 1968 to 1998 and a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School from August 1974 to August 1976. Jean holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Université Paris Cité, obtained between 1967 and 1973, and an engineering degree in Biochemistry from INSA Lyon, completed from 1963 to 1967.
