Agathe Basquin currently serves as Head of Strategy at Institut français since January 2021, with previous experience at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, where Basquin held the roles of Rapporteur for the Etats généraux de la diplomatie from October 2022 to March 2023 and Head of the Artistic Creation and Cultural and Creative Industries Division from April 2016 to January 2021. Basquin also contributed as Music, Live Performance, and Cultural Expertise Mission Officer and International Rapporteur for the Etats Généraux des Industries Culturelles et Créatives between November 2019 and December 2020. Additionally, Basquin was the Director of Atmo Live at Label Atmosphériques and held production roles at CARAMBA CULTURE LIVE. Educational credentials include a cycle préparatoire au 3ème concours from INSP, a Master’s in Cultural Project Management from Université de Bretagne Occidentale, and various Master’s degrees in Philosophy, Clinical Psychology, and Contemporary Literature. Basquin is active in the PRODISS and serves on the aid allocation committees of Bureau Export de la Musique and FCM.
