Pavel Gavrilov is currently the Head of UI/UX Department at *instinctools since September 2006. Prior to that, Pavel worked as a Web Designer at Mega Design Studio from January 2005 to August 2006 and as a Designer at Extreme Design Agency from March 2004 to November 2005. Pavel's education includes studying at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno from 2001 to 2005.
