Prior roles include Principal at CQS LLC, Associate Director at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln Food Processing Center, and Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Long John Silvers. O'Neill's career spans multiple significant positions in various companies, including Pizza Hut and Weaver Popcorn Company, showcasing a strong background in food safety and quality assurance. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
