Sami Grisafe has a diverse work experience that includes positions in various industries. Sami is currently an Operations Manager at Instil since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Trusted Advisor at Instil from November 2021 to May 2022. Sami also has experience as the Chief Creative Officer & Recording Artist at Vanguard Muse, a creative collaborative based in Chicago, since August 2011. Sami is a talented singer-songwriter and their album, ATLANTIS, received multiple Grammy pre-nominations. Additionally, Sami was a Quarterback for the U.S. Women's National Tackle Football Team from 2010 to 2022, earning the title of World Championship MVP. Sami was also a Quarterback for the Chicago Force Women's Tackle Football Team, where they achieved multiple records and led the team to win the National Championship. Sami was involved in the founding and hosting of SunSeshLA and held roles as Culture and Experience Lead and Junior Project Manager at Signal Sciences.

From 2003 to 2007, Sami Grisafe pursued their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Acting/Theater at Roosevelt University.
