Nicole Pflock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development economics and banking. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Instiglio since January 2016, Nicole has held various roles including Manager, Senior Associate, and Fellow/Associate. Prior experience includes internships and consultancy positions at Innovations for Poverty Action, EY, EDELAC school and orphanage, PwC, and WestLB. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Cooperation from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Banking from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
