Gareth O'Hagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Instiglio since January 2023, O'Hagan previously held the role of Regional Director for Africa at Adam Smith International from January 2012 to December 2022, where oversight encompassed a significant regional business unit and multiple high-impact projects in several African countries. Other notable positions include Head of Programmes for Africa and Head of Extractive Industries Governance at Adam Smith International, along with key management roles at the Revenue Development Foundation, A.T. Kearney, Xoomworks Ltd, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. O'Hagan holds a Master of Management Science from the Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
