Sarah Birch is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional People & Culture Manager for Europe & US at Instem since February 2014. In this role, Sarah provides comprehensive HR support and advice, focusing on efficiency in service delivery and continuous improvement. Previous positions at Instem include People & Culture Business Partner and HR Advisor, along with foundational experience as an HR Administrator. Prior to Instem, Sarah worked as a Student Support Worker at Staffordshire University and as a Customer Service Advisor at Home Retail Group PLC. Sarah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Staffordshire University and Sheffield Hallam University, respectively.
