Wyatt Boughter has a strong background in marketing, communications, and design. Wyatt began their career in 2004 as the Director of Communications and Marketing for the American Canoe Association, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the company logo and brand, as well as creating educational brochures, posters, ads, and stationary. In 2005, they served as the Interim Managing Editor for Paddler Magazine. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as the Communications Manager for Bell Canoe Works and the Design Manager for CobornsDelivers.com. During this time, they designed and implemented the CobornsDelivers.com brand with touch points that include logo, eCommerce site, vehicle fleet, and print and online advertising. In 2007, they began working as a Web Designer and Blog Specialist for SimonDelivers.com, where they quickly grew in their role. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Associate Vice President of Marketing & Communications for The American College of Financial Services, where they led the digital rebranding and launch of the new college website and spearheaded an organizational shift to inbound and content marketing for lead generation growth. In 2017, they began working at Instech Laboratories, Inc., first as the Vice President of Marketing and then as the Marketing Director, where they led the global marketing, customer service, and fulfillment teams and was responsible for the shift to a successful inbound lead generation strategy. Wyatt also developed and implemented automated marketing workflows with direct revenue impact. In addition, Wyatt Boughter served as the Women's Assistant Basketball Coach for Montgomery County Community College in 2009 and as the Art Director for Pear Tree Greetings in 2009.
Wyatt Boughter received their Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University in 2004, majoring in Comparative Literature and minoring in English, Media Studies, and International Studies. In 2003, they attended Aberystwyth University to study Welsh Language and Literature. Prior to that, they attended Stroudsburg High School from 1996 to 2000. Wyatt also holds four certifications from Hootsuite Academy and HubSpot Academy, including Social Marketing Certification (2017), Content Marketing Certified (2020), Inbound Marketing (2015), and Inbound Sales Certification (2016).
