Reshav Singla has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Engineering Manager at Instawork, a hospitality staffing app. Prior to that, they served as an Engineering Manager at the same company and also worked as a Senior Engineer there. At Instawork, Reshav contributed to creating economic opportunities for local businesses and professionals globally.

Apart from Instawork, Reshav co-founded Spaceboat.in in 2016 and worked as a Co-Founder for a year. Reshav was also a Technical Consultant at Gestu in the same year. In 2015, Reshav founded Lococina and served as the Founder until 2016.

Reshav's previous experience includes working at Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd as the AVP Technology and Joint Head of the Retail Car Rental Business, FirstRain as a Technical Consultant, and Qcabs as the Co-Founder and CTO. Reshav also worked at Headstrong as a Senior Associate, where they contributed to various projects for financial sector companies such as Jefferies International, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BancTec, and Lehmann Brothers.

Reshav Singla obtained their B.Tech in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have also earned certifications in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera in January 2018, as well as Machine Learning from Coursera in August 2016.
