Chris Chenery is a Program Specialist at Instapro Group since August 2023. Prior to this, Chris worked at MyBuilder.com as New Products Operations from September 2019 to Present, and as an Investigator at The Financial Ombudsman Service from September 2012 to August 2019. Before that, Chris served as a Claims Handler at Direct Line Group from December 2006 to September 2012, handling motor claims and bodily injury claims. Currently, Chris deals with insurance, banking, pensions, and investments complaints as an investigator.
