Ashley Brown currently serves as the Associate Director of Customer Success for North America at Instapage, having held various roles within the company since April 2019, including Customer Success Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager. Ashley leads and supports a team of Customer Success Managers, facilitating cross-departmental communication to advocate for both the team and customers. Prior experience includes serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Postclick and as a Global Account Executive at West Unified Communications Services, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and selling conferencing solutions. Additionally, Ashley has been self-employed as a voice talent since 2012, working on projects ranging from commercials to audiobooks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Theatre and Cinema Studies from Illinois State University and a degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Illinois Media School-Chicago Campus.
