Jocelyn Lujan has over 30 years of work experience in customer relations and operations management. Jocelyn began their career in 1989 as an Airport Operations Supervisor and Call Center Supervisor at Continental Airlines. In 1999, they became a Customer Relations Manager at National Airlines. In 2006, they were promoted to Manager of Call Center Operations at Allegiant Air. In 2008, they moved to Global Gold, where they were the Manager of Customer Relations. In 2009, they were promoted to Manager of Distributor Support Center at Ardyss International. Finally, in 2011, they became the Director of Customer Service Operations at Instant Checkmate LLC.
Jocelyn Lujan is currently enrolled at the University of Guam.
