Tania Aldous is an accomplished design leader with significant experience in user experience and design strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Design and UX at Instant Brands since February 2018, Tania leads the design and user experience initiatives for a diverse portfolio including Pyrex and Corelle. Tania is also a member of the InsideOut Design Leader Community, engaging with senior leaders to foster collaboration and innovative business solutions. Previously, Tania held the position of Vice President of Design at World Kitchen, LLC and held multiple roles at Whirlpool Corporation over a decade, contributing to industrial design and leadership. Tania holds a Master of Design Methods in Design Strategy and Planning from the Institute of Design at IIT and two degrees in Industrial Design from Monash University.
