Morgan Post has worked in the insurance industry since 2007. Starting as a Select Service Representative at Aviva, Post then moved on to become a Team Lead at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. in 2011. In 2012, Post worked as an Operations Analyst at Wells Fargo. In 2013, Post was a Business Analyst and Project Manager at LMC Insurance and Risk Management. From 2014 to 2022, Post worked at Businessolver as a Technical Architect, Technical Team Lead, and AVP Client Operations. Currently, Post is an Account Manager at INSTANDA and a Manager, Business Consulting at Insurance Technologies.

Morgan Post attended East High School from 1999 to 2003, where they received their High School Diploma. Morgan then attended The Art Institutes from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. Finally, Morgan Post attended Upper Iowa University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Education - BEd.
