Chirag Gadhiya has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Chirag is the Founder & CEO of BIZCOMPASS since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal System Architect at NexTap starting from January 2020. Chirag also founded Instance IT Solutions in May 2013, a company focused on providing disruptive IT solutions, industry-oriented technology consulting, software platforms, and IT services.

Chirag Gadhiya completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from the Shree Ramkrishna Institute of Computer Education & Applied Sciences, from 2009 to 2012.
